I see Jacks gun shop (jacksgunshop.cc) is on your list but there is a current FFL of James Heroff listed in the webpage with the address associated with this website. How can a registered FFL be associated with a scam? Wouldn’t ATF shut them down.
It appears that there is a FFL licence for “Jacks Gun Shop” at 1160 SIBLEY MEMORIAL HWY MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MN 55118.
The website “jacksgunshop.cc” has no connection with the physical company at 1160 Sibley Memorial Highway. The scammers are using the FFL licence and the address because “Jacks Gun Shop” dosnt have an actual website.
The easy red flag is that jacksgunshop.cc only offers payment through non traceable methods such as Chime, Zelle, Applepay and cryptocurrency.
There are multiple other red flags that are obvious to us but difficult to see for the casual consumer. We can tell you that we shut down the scammers previous scam website which was:
